Service Loaner Cars

One of the biggest problems with car repair or car maintenance is the inconveniences associated with being stuck without wheels and having to arrange rides with others. At Accurate Automotive, we understand the problem and we have a small fleet of service loaner cars for our Honda and Acura car owner's needs.  While these are older cars and none of them would be considered 'the prettiest girl at the party' - these older Honda and Acura vehicles are decent, viable transportation and under normal circumstances Accurate Automotive does not charge rent on the use of the vehicle. The only requirements we have regarding the use of our service loaners is the customer must (1). have full coverage insurance... (2). be at least 21 years old... (3). cannot drive our service loaner outside the State of Tennessee... (4). must fill the fuel tank back up before they turn the vehicle in - the car leaves full of gas and it must return to Accurate Automotive with a full tank of gas. (5). The repair or service at Accurate Automotive must justify the use of a service loaner - in other words, we are not going to loan a car out for several hours if all we are doing is a quick oil change. These cars stay on the road, so if you're making a service appointment and you need a loaner car, please request one at the time of making the appointment.
