Acura introduced the RDX in 2007 and from 2007 thru 2012, it was equipped with an inefficient, 4-cylinder turbo charged engine. From 2013 thru 2018 the RDX has a non-turbo V6 engine that can run on regular gasoline (91 octane or higher not manufacturer-required) The 4-cylinder turbo was a roughly a 22 MPG engine on the highway. The V6 engine (utilized in the RDX units from 2013 thru 2018) is closer to 30 MPG on the highway.

By age - not mileage; our service department went ahead and performed the complete timing belt replacement procedure - including water pump - which American Honda recommends every 8 years or 105,000 miles - whichever occurs first. We also changed the fluids.
The 2013 thru 2018 Acura RDX is possibly the best used car value when considering how it was built, equipped and the cost of maintaining it. In our professional opinion, there isn't a better vehicle in the used-car market.
