V6, non-turbo engine
This 2016 Acura RDX is equipped with a naturally aspirated, V6 engine that runs on regular gasoline. In preparation to market this RDX, our service department fully serviced this unit. Tasks included replacement of fluids and filters, the timing belt replacement procedure, we re-sealed the front plate and replaced the spark plugs.
Headlamp Reconditioning
We also reconditioned the headlamp housing, removing the yellowing that is common with the newer headlamps. They were high-speed sanded with a very fine grit, polished and then an automotive clear coat applied to protect the clarity of the reconditioned surface.
New Tires
One of the most important items we are adamant about is tires. This 2016 Acura RDX has a complete set of GoodYear tires that are the same brand type, size and speed rating - consistent with what is specified by Acura.
